Fees

I am currently accepting new clients. I offer a free 20 minutes phone call prior to a first session. 

Rates are:

-$160 per 50 minute session  

-$230 per 90 minutes session

My fees are due at the time of our session and are payable by cash, check, or credit/debit card.

I understand that paying for therapy can be a burden. I provide sliding scale slots for those experiencing financial hardships and students. If paying for therapy is keeping you from reaching out, inquire to see if there is a slot available.

If you are a Veteran or the Spouse or family member of a Veteran, you may qualify for services paid for by a grant from the Washington Department of Veterans Affairs. Ask me about whether you may qualify.

Insurance

I do not bill for insurance, but can provide a receipt for potential reimbursement from your insurance company.

You can check on your insurance company’s out-of-network provider terms by asking the following questions:

  • Does my policy have mental health benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

  • How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
